"The apartment was very well equipped for a family stay with a dishwasher, washer, drying rack, and kitchen with a full size fridge. We were able to cook our own breakfast and enjoy our stay in comfort. The check in and out instructions were clear and to the point. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were a bit hard, but that didn’t prevent me from sleeping well. It was also secure, and we felt very safe. I’d recommend this place to those looking to stay in Cluj Napoca. "

We had nowhere to stay because the host never messaged us checkin information after callijg the number 11 times and sending 5 emails!
