"The location was great. Close to Ouray and Ridgway. Definitely need to follow the directions sent to you--do NOT use GPS. The drive to the property was up a steep hill so you need a vehicle with at least some type of AWD at a minimum due to the loose gravel. If there is rain or snow, it would be even more difficult. "It was mesmerizing waking in the loft and looking out at the mountains in the morning. The San Juans are my favorite mountains in Colorado. This place was perfect. Easy access to Ouray and Telluride, with nice food and coffee in Ridgway. Just a chill and relaxed time — I love it. "

"We loved this house from the moment we walked in!! It worked perfectly for the 5 of us. It was incredibly well apportioned, everything we needed was on site; just bring your clothes and food. An easy walk into town and, especially, the Lake City Bakery!! The neighborhood was quite and wildlife sightings from the deck were abundant. Just a note, it was NO issue for us, that all 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with 1 full bath and a full bath on the first floor."

"Very nice little cabin, only reasons for 4 stars is the fact that cabin 9 is right behind the wastewater treatment plant. And until we found its entrance hole by the wall heater , we had a chipmunk living with us at night, and he liked to party! Other than that we had an awesome time."

"We really enjoyed getting our grandchildren together and they loved it. We stayed in this cabin when our children were small and it was very nice that they added a washer/dryer, even though it did take quite a bit of room out of the bathroom. It was definitely worth it for being able to wash clothes. Tankless water heater was great for all of the showers."
