"We had a lovely stay here! The host was very hospitable and accommodating to us. They make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very nice and nicely decorated and furnished. It was clean and very comfortable. I would stay here over a hotel any day. The host was very kind and they were very easy to reach via text/phone call. We would love to stay here again. "Easy communication, easy accessibility, house was as described. Stayed with my husband and son, would have easily slept another person or two, only one bathroom so maybe not my daughter lol. House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again."

"The house is beautiful and perfectly outfitted and in a great location for a stay north of Indy to visit with our daughter who is a Butler student. The only thing to know ahead of time is that it is on a busy street and there is no street parking. There is a large driveway with a turnaround and a one-car garage so this alleviates the problem pretty well. The property manager was very responsive to our questions about arrival/entry. "

"Overall the property was fine. It was clean and updated. The location is about 20 minutes away from Grand Park and we found a family friendly bowling alley not far away. My only complaints are a musty smell (not overwhelming, but noticeable), the pull-out couch had what looked like rodent droppings inside, and some loud and fast cars driving past the house. I would definitely consider staying again if I am in the area."

"I read the listing through but somehow missed the last line stating that the bathroom is shared. Windows cannot be opened and my bed was really low to the ground. Not a fan of colored sheets in a rental, but it was clean and it worked. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door didn’t latch well. The hostess was friendly and responsive. They make it feel like a safe place with the fence, security system and gate being locked at night."

"We were a group of 12 with 6 teens and 6 adults. The house was located in a nice neighbor hood with much green space in the back. We were able to park all 4 vehicles off the street, with one in the garage and the other 3 able to fit in the drive way. We had adequate space for all of us to be comfortable with plenty of seating. "Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property."
