「I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. 「Really great property. Beautiful pool / hot tub area. Really cool features such as the big ceiling fan in the family room, and all the extra tech. Large kitchen (didn't use it much, but you sure could and there was nothing missing) Owner was great to work with and helped change our booking from 2 to 4 people as we had some other friends that were going to stop by. Appreciated the beach towels for the pool area! Will be back!! 」

「We stayed here for about 4 days. Upon arrival, the security system was armed and we were not provided a code, so, the alarm sirens went off after we entered. I couldn’t get the owner on the phone right away, fortunately, the neighbor was able to get in contact with the owner and get the alarm turned off after a several minutes. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It had nearly everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were perfect for a good night's...
