"Great spot to stay! Only 10 min walk to the ski field and plenty of restaurants around. Staff were lovely and super helpful, even offering a shuttle to the grocery store and bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine, bonus! Would definitely stay again. "

"This is an amazing stay experience, from check in to stay in the room, to the friendly and helpful staff and the services till the check out and the shuttle service. "They picked me up from the train station. Lent me an electric bike for work. Gave me a delicious home cooked meal. Provided me with information about the Sakura Festival. They were all very kind, very generous, and lovely people. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was truly the best hotel experience I have ever had. "The property was clean and communication from the host clear. The property looks like on the pictures. However, there are a few things that could’ve been better: (1) kitchen is incredibly poorly equipped with exactly 1 cutting knife and no cutlery at all, not even a spoon, (2) the toilet isn’t private, as the window is not shaded and there were builders just in front of the window, (3) it’s impossible to have a shower whilst standing up as there’s no fixing for the shower head and (4) we were...

"The property exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I have is that some of the entries in their complementary guidebook led to some wasted time due to inaccuracies. I would definitely go to this accomodation again but I hope by then they have updated their book. Also there's the apparent fact that no public onsen seem to be in the area, so you should probably plan for going to hakone yamoto (hope I spelled that right) to get access to those. "They provide an amazing pick-up service with one caveat; they sent the WRONG PHONE NUMBER to call. (The correct number is able to be found on the internet easily, I am just not very smart) When you call the number they send, it tells you the number doesn't exist. I had to take a bus up to the place, and then walk uphill in the dark with my luggage for about 20 minutes. They give you a convenient book that tells you the Bus station information desk can call them. But they didn't send this...
