"The bedroom was clean and comfortable and for the most part the staff were friendly and attentive. Stayed for a week, not once were the hot items at breakfast hot. The sea and beach were quite polluted with rubbish and very little effort appeared to be made to clean and maintain. On the whole it was a nice hotel in a good location outside of the city."

"This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."

"This was a great place for my first ti e in Pattaya. It's located in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The onsite restaurant made breakfast a breeze. "

"The property is very nice, expensive for Pattaya, I paid a lot extra for a poolside villa with soaker tub, very disappointed that they charged for the bath bombs after only one supplied, if you pay 100 per day extra ( besides normal sea view rate) for a villa with tub, then charge you to use it, then that is silly, to me it’s like you get a balcony room but you have to pay extra to go on the balcony, other than was great staff and amenities "
