Enjoy a delightful stay in our modern 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Chittenden, Vermont. We are located 16 miles from the K1 base lodge at Killington Mountain, 10 miles from Pico Mountain, and 3.1 miles from The Mountain Top Resort and Chittenden Reservoir. House is located just steps away from the VAST Trail System.
The unit is equipped with everything you need including an Level 2 EV charger. The perfect house for a wedding weekend, ski trip, or a weekend getaway with your family/friends. We look forward to hosting you!

**Welcome to Your Home Away from Home!**

Step into our inviting, open-concept home designed for comfort and relaxation. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious dining room and kitchen area that flows seamlessly into the large living room. The living room features a cozy sectional, a 75" Smart TV, and an electric fireplace with a heating option—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Duo Keurig coffee maker, a drink fridge, a large refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, and all the plates, cups, and utensils you'll need. For your convenience, there’s a full-sized washer and dryer tucked away in the laundry closet.

The downstairs main bedroom offers a queen bed and an attached half-bath, providing a private retreat on the first floor.

As you head upstairs, you'll find the first full bathroom. To the right, you'll discover two of our charming bedrooms. The blue room includes a queen bed and built-in twin bunks, while the green room features a king bed and twin bunk beds. To the left, the spacious master bedroom awaits, complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a massive ensuite bathroom—perfect for getting ready for a big day!

Our home offers dual heating options with radiant gas heat and a mini split system, which also provides air conditioning for the first floor during the warmer months. Additionally, the house is equipped with a full-house generator for uninterrupted comfort and a Level 2 EV charger for your convenience.

A family member had her wedding at The Mountain top inn, which was a 5 minute drive from this place. This house is immaculate & spacious. We had 8 adults, and more than enough room for all of us.

Perfect House For Big Group Of Skiers
Our group was very happy with our stay at the “House on the Rocks”. We fit our group of 12 comfortably in the house, the kitchen was great, the garage provided ski storage, and an extra fridge helped with space. The house is larger than expected! Nick was a great host and made sure our stay went smoothly.

Nick was very responsive when we had questions The house was very clean and spacious for large group. Driveway can be slick if there is snow so be careful but there is plenty of parking down below . Easy check in and out process

Clean Comfortable and Spacious
My four sons and I stayed this Christmas week for three nights for our ski trip to Killington resort.We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. We played cards at the large kitchen table, watched some good shows on the large TV and dined out at the nearby sugar and spice restaurant two mornings in a row. The kitchen is well suited for dinning in as well. Would also recommend the close by Cluckin cafe for great food and friendly service. Great stay!!
