"The host was very responsive and helpful but we spent an evening, night and next day without heat. Heat was restored but the smoke detector went off at 11pm the second night and y’all know what that’s like. Then on the 3rd & 4th nights people were making a lot of noise upstairs. "We had a great time in St Croix Falls. Our stay here was enjoyable. The room was keenly decorated. The bed was comfortable, which was a nice surprise. The one improvement would be in the bathroom. More shelves and hooks would be helpful. There was no place to put your toiletry bag when getting ready to go or ready for bed. The shower head was too powerful for the small shower, it almost blew me right out of the stall. Over all I recommed this for a short getaway. "

"We had a lovely long weekend away in Marine in St. Croix. The accommodations were clean and quite cozy. The town has everything you might need during a short stay. The area is quiet within easy distance of some wonderful state parks. Great hub to go out and enjoy the fall colors. The one downside is that the town has a loud siren that sounds anytime there is a medical or fire emergency in the area. Not too disruptive from the apartment, but pretty intense when sitting outside at the Brookside...
