Island Time Cottage

This cozy, freshly renovated cottage is perfect for families and friends to have an island getaway. Less than 2 miles away from Chincoteague's main attractions, and only a few minutes drive to the beach, this is the perfect vacation spot.
This spacious 450 sq. ft cottage features an open concept floor plan, with one bed room and bathroom. A queen bed in the main living area, and a bunk bed with a full and single bed in the bedroom.The outside offers a screened in porch, outdoor charcoal grill, outdoor shower.


Linens for bed and bath will NOT be provided.
There will be a 100.00 per night extra charge for any emotional support animals.
You will be sent check in information a few days before your stay

Please try to leave cottage as clean as you would expect it for your stay, the next guest and the owner will greatly appreciate your cooperation.

Lovely little cottage

The cottage is close to downtown and the beach yet located on a quiet back street. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We greatly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning again.

This is our second time staying at this property and it is perfect. It was my husband and I and our two kids. It’s just a short drive to the beach and all the things to do. Quiet little street. We love it and hope to stay again next year.

We had a great 5 night stay at the cottage. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was friendly but not intrusive. The space is actually bigger than the photos. We’re planning on staying there again next time we’re in the area. Thank you!

Great place for a short stay as we have done twice but can see a long stay happening as well. Spotless on arrival. Perfect for a couple but plenty of room to add a person or two. Will certainly be back. Centrally located yet off the beaten track.

Cute Little Hideaway

Perfect for a couple or a family with young children. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything you need to cook and eat in. Close to everything. Screened in porch was lovely, especially in the morning and evening. Don’t forget to bring your own linens.

Perfect 1st trip!

This has to be the easiest and most enjoyable Vrbo experience we have ever had. Donald was super easy to work with and flexible with a slight schedule change. He was eager to help with suggestions for shenanigans, all of which were spot on. The home is impeccable and absolutely spotless, with every convenience and comfort needed. My daughter and I left ready to rebook. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in charming Chincoteague!

Hidden Gem and Awesome Host

This was our first visit to Chincoteague and Pony Week. Don gave us great tips for things to do and where to watch the pony swim and parade during our 3 night stay. In addition, he gave us names of auto shops that could fix our flat tire! The small cottage was an excellent location for both the pony swim and pony parade. The cottage is cutely decorated, has lots of electrical outlets, is well stocked, but had a slight musty smell in the living room. That being said, the smell would not deter me from booking again. The bathroom was updated, had an excellent shower, and no musty smell. The cottage was a great place to stay with an awesome host.
