"Very nice location between Ghirardelli and Pier 39. Close to cable car station with a secure underground parking. On a nice day, we hop on the cable car to go places, but on a rainy day, we drove out our car to Lombard, Sausalito and other places. Best of both world."

"We checked in very late after a late arrival at the airport and were greeted warmly, and then very efficiently set up with our room keys and offered hot tea and hot chocolate. The room was clean and lovely and had a great view. We left our luggage in a locked room behind the front desk the following day and explored San Fran before heading back to the airport."
