「Exciting trip, We came down for travel football. We wasn’t in the room much but we enjoyed. The only minor thing is… The kitchen chair was loose but contact owner and they said they would take care of it. Another thing I thought it would be bigger but it still was kinda spacious. It was only 4 of us. Some ppl must had through trash out weeks ago into the woods. We cook on the grill and the bears must had smell it and we seen 3 bears. Mama bear was big with her 2 babies. Thank God for the trash...

「Nice newer place to stay and a great alternative to the other options in Gatlinburg. We wanted to be close to the park and in a quieter part of town which ticked both boxes for us. We unfortunately didn’t utilize the bar or breakfast options- the latter which I don’t think was communicated very well. We left early both days so it didn’t affect us either. The finishes in the room are super nice and the bathrooms are lovely! The doors are creaky so we got woken up when folks left real early...
