The service is exquisite so many little special things they provide in a breakfast that is full course off the menu, a heated pool, biscochitos and Sherry every afternoon and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and full of the Santa Fe flare. You will not get any of this for even twice the money anywhere else it's just that perfect."

"Arriving at Casa Escondida gave us the feeling of an authentic New Mexican experience, which is what we wanted. We enjoyed the scenery outside the building as well as the architecture and decor inside the building. The breakfast was delicious. The classical music created a relaxing environment. While a current newspaper and fireplace were available in the sitting room, there appreciably was no television with talking heads. Ernesto (the proprietor) makes a sincere attempt to become acquainted with his guests. Other staff members are equally personable. If given the opportunity, we would stay again."
