"Fantastic hotel. It's split into three buildings and we stayed in a room that was in the townhouse and loved it. The staff were all excellent and extremely helpful. We had many great dinners on this Italian trip but the best one we both agree was actually at this hotels rooftop restaurant - food, setting and service were fantastic. "It was a nice hotel but the WiFi did not hardly work and even the front desk could not get a connection. There was a hot tub in the spa but you have to make reservations to use it ahead of time which is not mentioned in the ad.
