El precio correcto. Que era un bajo en frente de una carretera muy transitada y por lo tanto mucho ruido de coches. Los vecinos de arriba continuamente moviendo sillas, con la tele a tope, y el aislamiento acústico muy malo por lo que se oía todo. Falta de mantenimiento en la vivienda. Cajones de la cocina caídos, las baldas caídas..

Lo que menos me ha gustado es el olor de las sábanas de todas las camas, están limpias pero olían cómo a humedad y el olor a moho del armario de la habitación principal. Los colchones de las camas pequeñas y el sofá no eran cómodos.
