Main reason for the bad rating is that the front staff are terrible at their job. I had booked my stay from Feb 19th to 22nd 2025 through Expedia. My flight was delayed coz of a snow storm and I called the reception to inform I will land only the next day. The guy who attended the call was quite blunt and kept repeating that he couldn’t find my reservation and that I should contact the booking agency (Expedia). When I landed the next day, the lady at the reception repeated the same thing. I told her that I have an iternary number and after giving her that, she said that somebody else has checked in under my name. Meaning, the receptionist from the previous day had checked in another guest under my name mistakenly. Ufff, I have never heard of such crap but atleast kudos to her for finding it out. I had come for a medical procedure and just wanted to rest without any drama.
They gave me a room and within 10 mins someone enters randomly. It was the cleaning lady and I guess she had not been made aware that a guest had checked in. She apologized profusely though. I was dressed so it’s fine but what if i was changing, somebody walking in would have been so embarrassing.
Other cons are that Bathroom sink was very small that and water kept spilling outside constantly. The lotion bottle was empty and not filled.
The only pros are that the room and bathroom were clean, nothing else.
