"The hotel staff were very accommodating. They let us avail of their shuttle buses when we needed them, even after we've already checked out. We were allowed to leave our luggage while we were exploring other places before our flight in the evening. They also made sure that our luggage were safe while we were away. I would recommend this hotel to anybody if they ask me."

"The staff are helpful and polite. The breakfast is ok as buffet menu does not change at all. There is a small kids room which is nice for entertaining small kids. Public bath is clean with a steam room on women side. Room is much more spacious than those in Tokyo or other busy city. Overall, this hotel exceeds my expectation."

"We had a wonderful time in this property! It was in a safe and quiet environment. The staff was kind and accommodated to our late check in and dinning options that we needed. They offered a scheduled shuttle bus to DisneySea and Disneyland. In addition, they had informed us about the transportation options to the airport. Overall, we were taken care of properly and appreciate the staff and information given during our stay. We would recommend this location to our friends and family."

"Close to disney resort monorail, plus you can have the airport bus pick your party up at the hotel. Bell hop was great as they would move and store your luggage onto the bus. Has shuttle to take you to and from the disney resort monorail."
