What a wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay here. We bought local food and cooked it in the well appointed kitchen. We used this as a jumping off place to visit Lucca and Cinque Terre and we so happy to return to the quiet serenity. What a gift this house was for us.

Excellent property and service
We stayed for a week in July 2017. The property had been immaculately cleaned before our arrival,including the pool. We were received one hour early, and got a very friendly and infomative welcome, with prepared response to all our questions sendt by mail before arriving. The rest of the week passed by without any events related to the property worth mentioning. A power outage by the power company of a few hours can hardly be blamed on the landlord. All our requests were handled immediately by the local caretaker. We are 3 couples that has spent som our vacation together several places in Europe. This property gets our highest score. Spacious room and bathrooms, well equipped, and a with large and very fresh pool. The only issue to point a finger at was the somewhat slow wireless internet connection. This might be due to the stone walls in the building. But good enough for vacation purposes.

Immer wieder großartig!
Wir waren zum 3. Mal in diesem außergewöhnlichen Objekt und haben wieder wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Schade, dass es nur 8 Tage waren, aber die Intensität der Tage mit Radfahren, Pool genießen und schön essen gehen lassen den Urlaub länger erscheinen und wir haben uns bestens erholt. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner dans une magnifique maison de vacances à Chianni, en Toscane, et je suis ravi de partager mon expérience élogieuse. Cette superbe maison, idéalement située à seulement quelques pas du village de Chianni, offre un confort complet et une multitude d'équipements qui ont rendu mon séjour tout simplement parfait. La maison, dotée de deux chambres à coucher, est spacieuse, soigneusement aménagée et extrêmement bien équipée. J'ai été impressionné par le souci du détail apporté à la décoration, ainsi que par les installations modernes qui ont contribué à rendre mon séjour des plus agréables. Chaque besoin a été anticipé, et j'ai apprécié le confort et la commodité offerts par cette maison exceptionnelle. L'un des points forts de cette propriété est sans aucun doute la magnifique piscine offrant une vue imprenable sur le village de Chianni. Pendant mon séjour, j'ai passé des moments de pur bonheur en me relaxant près de la piscine, tout en admirant la vue panoramique sur le village pittoresque. Il est difficile de trouver un endroit plus agréable pour se détendre et se ressourcer. De plus, la situation géographique de la maison est un véritable atout. Elle se trouve stratégiquement entre Pise, Florence, Sienne et San Gimignano, permettant ainsi des excursions faciles et rapides vers ces destinations emblématiques de la Toscane. Der perfekte Ort zum Abschalten
Wir haben in diesem Jahr zum zweiten (und auch wahrscheinlich nicht zum letzten) Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus und das Anwesen sind sehr gepflegt und hochwertig ausgestattet, es gibt nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut. Nahezu täglich schaut jemand nach dem Rechten und kümmert sich um den Pool. Nachdem wir auf die defekten Außenlampen auf der Terrasse aufmerksam gemacht haben, wurden diese innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Besonders gut gefällt uns die Lage des Ferienhauses. Es liegt sehr ruhig, ein wenig außerhalb von Chianni (Restaurants etc. sind aber fußläufig erreichbar), so dass man auf einem nahezu uneinsehbaren Grundstück gut am Pool entspannen kann. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Chianni, den wir jeden Morgen beim gemütlichen Frühstück sehr genossen haben. Von Chianni aus sind einige sehenswerte Städte mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von dort aus z.B. Ausflüge nach Pisa, Volterra, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano oder Lucca gemacht. Das Haus bietet demnach die optimale Möglichkeit, den Urlaub individuell und abwechslungsreich zu gestalten, je nachdem ob man lieber am Pool entspannt oder sich die wunderschöne Gegend in der Toskana anschauen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La nostra vacanza è stata piacevole e rilassante. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati c'è stato un inconveniente con le chiavi, siamo rimasti fuori per circa un oretta,la signora Claudia non ha mai risposto alle nostre chiamate e messaggi, ho dovuto chiamare il centro assistenza VRBO che si è mobilato immediatamente per aiutarci,ma ahimè neanche loro sono riusciti a farci entrare. Dopodiché ci siamo rivolti ai nostri vicini di casa che si sono mobilitati recuperando le chiavi d'ingresso. Da li è iniziata la nostra meravigliosa vacanza!!

Die Lage des Anwesens ist optimal. Von dort aus sind einige Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Das Grundstück selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass man dort sehr gut am Pool entspannen kann. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist optimal, es fehlt an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar.

Wunderbare Urlaubszeit
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Chianni verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach nur toll, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Frühstücken in der Sonne, Sonnenbaden mit dem fantastischen Blick auf Chianni, relaxen pur. Die Schlafzimmer mit beleuchteten Kleiderschränken, die stilvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung, alles passt. Die Rundumaussichten sind einfach nur schön! Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr nett und superschnell. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants in der Gegend, fussläufig ist hier auf jeden Fall das Bistro Chianni zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Gabi Kempen

Fast optimaler Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Anwesen
Wir waren für 16 Tage zu viert (Eltern mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern) hier und fanden es gerade in diesen Pandemiezeiten perfekt, ein solches Haus exklusiv zu haben und sich frei wie daheim bewegen zu können. Die Sauberkeit von Anwesen, Haus, Garten und Pool ist sehr bemerkenswert, das haben wir in der Toskana schon anders erlebt. Der Pool wird alle 2 Tage gereinigt, das Wasser hat 1A-Qualität; der (angebliche) Betrieb mit Salzwasser wurde von uns tatsächlich nicht bemerkt. Die Poolgröße ist natürlich mit ca. 8x4 m eher gering, also nichts für Bahnenzieher. Die Raumaufteilung im großen Haus ist für 4 erwachsene Personen perfekt (Schlaf-/Badezimmer), die optionale Möglichkeit der Zubuchung des Nebenhauses ebenfalls. Top-Ausstattung, das haben wir so noch nicht gesehen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Möblierung innen/außen, liebevolle Details wie Bücher und Spiele, aber insbesondere die Küchenausstattung! Elektrogeräte (Nespresso, Wasserkocher, Toaster) inkl. Backofen, Riesenkühlschrank, separater Gefrierschrank, dazu reichlich Geschirr, Töpfe, Schüsseln, Besteck, Küchenmesser jeglicher Größe. Toll! Der Gasgrill im Außenbereich wurde gerne genutzt, war nur leider bei der Anreise komplett verdreckt (die Vorgäste waren wohl nicht so rücksichtsvoll...). Nach Reklamation wurde das aber sofort behoben. Besonders mit dem gemütlichen Sitzplatz vor dem kleinen Haus ist das eine schöne Abwechslung zum Essen auf der oberen Terrasse. Kritikpunkte von unserer Seite: Schwache WLAN-Reichweite, sehr niedrige Internetgeschwindigkeit (3 Mbit/s). Hier sollte nachgebessert werden, oder man muss auf eigene Onlineverbindung zurückgreifen können, wenn einem das im Urlaub wichtig ist. Dazu war die Wohnung für uns etwas "überfrachtet"; zwar mit rundum sorgfältig ausgewählten, liebevollen und schönen Details, aber wir hatten Mühe, für unsere wenigen mitgebrachten Sachen (Kleidung, Kosmetikartikel, Spiele) hinreichend Staufläche zu finden. Was in der Beschreibung und bei den Fotos leider verschwiegen wird: Direkt an das Grundstück grenzt ein Sportplatz. Das war in der ersten Hälfte kein Problem, da der Platz wg. Rasenpflege gesperrt war. Danach war jedoch regelmäßig abends Trainings-/Spielbetrieb mit sehr grellem Flutlicht bis ca. 23 Uhr. Das hat den Aufenthalt auf dem wunderschönen Terrassen- und Poolbereich ein klein wenig beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub in liebevoll gepflegtem Anwesen!
