Home is nice overall and setting is beautiful. I will set out the PROS and CONS as follows: PROS-Home is a good size and able to accommodate several people comfortably. Two bedrooms up and two down with large primary including ensuite downstairs. Other bedrooms are on the smaller size. Beds are pretty firm, but they worked for our group. Large open kitchen/living/dining area on main level which is where we spent a majority of time. Deck overlooks lake with mountain views and is great. Spent a lot of time out on the deck and that is the highlight of the home. Contact parties arranged through management company were very friendly and helpful. Grocery store and a few restaurants in the town of Robbinsville just over 5 miles from the home. Grocery store was well stocked. Home located very near the Tail of the Dragon which is worth driving. Bryson, Murphy, Cherokee and other towns are not too far and worth drive to visit. National Park is terrific. We saw a Black Bear and elk. Definitely worth the drive. Visited Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and they were about 2 hours from the house. More touristy but fun to visit. Pretty crowded. CONS-Parking at the home is difficult so if you have a large vehicle or two mid sized vehicles you might struggle a bit. Had to rearrange our vehicles each time we went anywhere. As other reviews mentioned, home is picked up but not overly clean. Certainly not "COVID clean" if that is what you are looking for. Some people are pickier on this issue than others, so really just depends on where you fall. Ice maker worked on/off and we had to buy bagged ice. Electrical outlets in primary bathroom did not work so had to use spare bathroom for electrical. Kitchen outlets were not working, but we found a GFI switch outside and were able to get those working. One working television in the living room area. Neither the primary bedroom nor the second bedroom downstairs had a tv at all. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a tv but it did not work at all, other than just turning on. Television in living room had ROKU as long as internet was working, it worked. Not on vacation to watch tv, but it is nice to have it for a movie or for the kids to watch. Working televisions are pretty inexpensive and are a minimal expectation to be in bedrooms, especially in a house used for vacation rental. Overall, expected more at the price point of this property. That is what kept me from giving it a 5.
