My wife and I live "down the mountain" in Greenville, SC. We don't get a lot of snow here. Usually it's flurries or a dusting, not much accumulation and gone in a day or so at most. So when we heard there could be a few inches of snow in the mountains of western North Carolina, we decided to run up for a few days. We found this cabin and it turned out to be what we were looking for: a beautiful little cabin hideaway for the two of us. We weren't interested in skiing, hiking, going to the casino or nightlife. We took the food and drinks we would need. It would have been okay with us if we had gotten showed in, but that didn't happen. What we did have was a relaxing respite in a romantic setting.
The cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and everything worked. We weren't going to try the hot tub outside, but how many 1 bedroom cabins have a gas fireplace in both the family room and bedroom! If you want wood, there's a firepit outside by the hot tub. LOL 😆
