Great place! Charming and wonderful location!
We had a great weekend. Communication with the host was excellent making check in very easy. House is adorable. Nicely decorated, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciate that it is pet friendly, our dogs enjoyed being with us. Very close to downtown and other attractions. Will stay again if we are in Chattanooga.

Family visit
The house is clean and well provisioned. There is good natural light, a generous porch swing,good kitchen supplies, a great dining room table and comfortable beds. We have stayed there more than once and hope to in the future.

Perfect home and location!
I just enjoyed a very pleasant stay here at this property. The homeowner really thought of every detail to make my stay comfortable. I was there to race in Chattanooga and the location to get to the race venue was absolutely perfect. I recommend this property, as the area is quaint and quiet, and the home had all, the necessities to make this stay perfect.

Cozy North Shore Bungalow
My wife, son and I recently stayed at this property and were impressed with the amenities and the attention to detail. The dining table doubling as a ping pong table was a cool feature. The beds were very comfortable and were complemented nicely by the Dohm sleep machines in each bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked, complete with Teflon non-stick cookware that made cooking a breeze. The Smart TVs (in each bedroom) and Wi-Fi kept us entertained during the evenings. The HVAC system worked well. We had to use both the heat and AC during our stay. Both were very efficient at getting to a good temperature. Relaxing on the comfortable leather couch after a day of exploration was great. Which, by the way, it is about a three minute drive to the North Shore area, which was super convenient. The shower was nice and newly redone. Communicating with the host (Genevieve) was seamless; she was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was perfect.The smart lock system added an extra layer of convenience and security, and although we had to pull on the door to get it to engage properly, it was a minor detail in an otherwise flawless setup. There were thoughtful extras like a box fan, pack 'n play, and board games. There was no grill on the back deck, which I usually like. I suspect the winds coming down off the hill would make keeping a grill in the back difficult. So, plan accordingly there. In conclusion, this property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend!

Very nice house
The house worked beautifully for us. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Best of all we had a great kitchen and dining room to have family over for dinner. The dining room table was large and wonderful And even doubles as a ping pong table should you desire. The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet.

Thoughtfully restored. Clean and comfy. All communication was good and instructions clear. We had everything we needed. Note to the owner, in order for the door to actually lock when you leave each time, you have to pull hard on the door toward you so that the lock will actually engage. You may need to have it adjusted. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Love this property...it's clean and uncluttered with lots of windows, beautifully decorated and has thoughtful details like ceiling fans in every room, sound machines, plenty of outlets, nightstands with lamps at each side of the bed, well-stocked kitchen, big dining table and excellent location.
