"1st time here and 7 of us in total + 2 dogs. Good location walking distance from supermarket and boulongerie. Great covered veranda to sit and eat under. Best pool we’ve ever had for cleanliness. Good sized downstairs bedroom. Doubles upstairs but smaller. House was well equipped for glasses and kitchen equipment. Lots of bity thing’s outside but that’s normal for south of France."

"Really enjoyed the property. Quaint villa property off the beaten path in the beautiful town of Gordes. Perfect location to explore the area. House is very comfortable and in great shape. "The house is clean and tidy. It is spacious and has a big pool. Location is convenient and we have a wonderful stay. The cleaning fee is a bit expensive though. Seperately, I have to express my sincere gratitude for the hosue keeper - Yasmina and her husband, who helped us to call ambulance to send my daughter to the hospital and provided us all kinds of comfort and assistance. Thank you very much!"

"What a wonderful place to get together with our extended family. The pool was spotless, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room to have time out if needed. The showers in some of the rooms are not for the curvier body, as very narrow entrances, but there's enough other showers in the house, so not a problem. The jacuzzi was not working for our visit, sadly, but the indoor pool was a bonus. There was plenty to do in the house if the weather was bad, and lots of exploring to be done. It's a 25...

"The gravel road to the gite was awful. There was no welcome pack. The air conditioning had to be switched on by request. We had an ant incursion in the kitchen. The pool cleaner was left in the pool for 2 days making swimming difficult. Didn’t see Tiphaine during the stay - all contact was done remotely. However, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the views were amazing"

"We were two couples staying in the house for 5 nights. The property was lovely, just as described and we had plenty of room for just the 4 of us. The kitchen was well equipped and we even took a dip in the pool on one of the warmer days. "Mrs. Ficat was an excellent host during our stay and was very responsive when questions were asked or help was needed. The house was as advertised and had things to do for children of all ages. There is a cleaning fee and deposit, but Mrs. Ficat was very reasonable with any issues that popped up during checkout. Overall, we had a great stay and we will definitely recommend this property to future vacationers."

"We had an excellent fortnight in this beautiful house. The terrace and pool were particularly welcome as we were there during the 2022 heatwave. The house is well placed for visits to Provence, the Ardeche and Montpellier, as well as Uzes and Nimes. Note that the house does have fans in the bedrooms (despite what an earlier review says). Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance but kept reasonably at bay with a coil on the terrace and plug ins at night. Overall I would strongly recommend this...

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
