In Town for Wedding
We were visiting the area for a friend's wedding. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. We found it to be decorate beautifully and very comfortable. The owners thought of everything. Check-in and out was very simple. We would definitely stay there again if we're in the area.

Lovely Cottage with thoughtful charm
We really enjoyed our stay here and greatly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The owners have thought of everything you may need and have provided much more than the standard rental space do. Comfortable beds and spacious accommodations. The owners are very responsive and super helpful with advice on local area.

Our stay was awesome. We have stayed at many VRBOs in the past, and this one stuck out with many thoughtful touches. They supplied, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, snacks, etc. It was wonderful! Very clean and tidy too!

This little house was so clean and well equipped. They thought of things that I wouldn’t have thought of and made sure we had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Relaxing Stay
My wife and I enjoyed our time at the Mt Holly Cottage. It’s a relaxing, peaceful, home with a vintage feel. The communication with the host was easy (by text). It’s min from the main strip in Mt. Holly but also close to the National Whitewater Center. We drove around the Charlotte area and was only 10-15 min to popular areas like NoDa, Southpark, and Southend. We had a nice time at the cottage. Thank You

Loved this house!
My husband and I were visiting our kids in Belmont and found this Mt Holly rental to be a perfect location for us. The house was warm and inviting with attention to detail. Comfortable beds and lots of extras in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch and sitting area on the back porch. We will for sure rent here again. Highly recommend.

A gem!!!
I loved this property! It’s charming, welcoming, homey, clean, and is the most well stocked house in which I’ve ever stayed. From the moment I walked in, I truly felt like I had walked into a home. The owners really did think of everything and they provided everything you could possibly need within a home, and more!!!! I came town to visit my daughter who attends the local college, but I loved this place so much that I’d consider returning just for myself - for a little getaway. Highly recommend!!!!

Best place we've ever stayed
Martha's place was wonderful! Very well stocked with plenty of towels and extra blankets and super comfortable beds. I've never encountered a more well stocked kitchen both with dishes, pots and pans and coffee, tea and snacks. We were welcomed with Christmas decorations in addition to the already beautiful decor of the house. We especially appreciated the two outdoor seating areas and the washer and dryer. Most importantly, Martha was very kind and easy to communicate with. She graciously allowed us an early check-in and late checkout. We are 4 friends visiting an ill friend in the area so her kindness was really appreciated.

Best VRBO rental I have ever stayed at!
This is an absolutely adorable home from the moment we stepped out of our car we couldn't help to notice the beautiful plants and flowers in the front yard, and a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs. As soon as we walked in the door we felt like we were at home. The house was decorated beautifully and I enjoyed studying each piece of furniture and unique pieces throughout the house. The house "screamed" coziness throughout, each room was a great place to hang out and be comfortable. The beds and bedding were perfect and we got a good night's sleep every night, I really enjoyed the "sound machines" beside each bed. The back porch deck was private overlooking beautiful big tree's. The best part which really separated the homes from all of the other VRBO rentals I have stayed was the little extra's that the owners provided like a "snack basket" which included everything from breakfast bars, chocolates, cookies, and chips. Also if you forgot something the bathroom cabinets had everything that you might need. Thank you to the homeowners for making us feel so welcomed and at home!
