This house is in a fantastic location, just one block from the heart of town, can walk to everything! (festivals in the park, Bridge St. shops, marina, Oleson's Supermarket, movie theater, farmer's market, mushroom houses, splash pad, park, music concerts, local beaches, drawbridge-lighthouse, bars and restaurants). It is also minutes to Castle Farms and many of Charlevoix's local wedding/function venues.

This home is newly renovated, very clean, in a quiet, private neighborhood, and has all the amenities you should need for your stay, including air conditioning. The main living space is a great spot to hang out, featuring a kitchen with an island. This area is open to the living. Dining at island or in garden.

The house can sleep 2 people:

Bedroom 1- 1 Queen

The layout works well for a couple looking for a spacious getaway. Oleson’s food center and Andy’s deli/party store are within two blocks from the home. You will love being downtown where you can walk or bike to everything!

Spend your evenings relaxing in the garden.

Fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, gas range, hood, coffee maker, blender, all the kitchen/baking ware you will need.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and ceiling fan a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, gas grill, cable tv, wi-fi, and a 1car driveway with additional parking on the street or adjacent parking lot.
You will love staying at this home while being close to all that Charlevoix has to offer. The house is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood, and is on the south side of the bridge (much easier for accessing downtown). It is 1/2 blocks away from Bridge St., yet there is no road noise or busy traffic! It is a short walk or bike ride to Charlevoix's great beaches, such as Lake Michigan Beach, Lake Michigan beach access via Antrim St., & Ferry Beach.

Location was great within walking distance to downtown, the Mushroom Houses, and light house. The outside entrance & sitting area was beautiful & well landscaped. We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was very clean, decorated nicely & comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Well-appointed, modern and great location

My husband and I were here for three days and the place was exactly as shown in the photos. All the finishes are new and it is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. We loved that it was walking distance to the restaurants and beach.

Great place

My husband and I stayed for a four day weekend. Michael’s place was nicely furnished and decorated and was super clean. The bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice bath towels and quiet as well. Location was perfect and we got out for an hour walk each day….could have walked longer. All in all had a great time relaxing, shopping, eating out and watching the Lions pull through and win!!

Michaels place is so beautiful. Accommodation was spotless and everything was in updated and in perfect condition. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to everything in town. Cozy and convenient

We had a wedding at Castle Farms and this home couldn’t have been a better choice for us. Walking distance to downtown and other hotels and a quick ride away from the wedding venue. The home is very cozy and inviting, clean and perfect for my wife and I. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town.
