Family time

Well maintained inside & out property. Convenient to beach which was never crowded. Great covered balcony with view of the beach. Short drive to Charleston.

Great Location

From what we saw, this building is probably the closest one to the beach in the Wild Dunes area. Very easy beach access and nice pool area. Good views of the beach as well. The unit could have been a little better stocked with paper products (paper towels, tissues, napkins), but that is a small issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the ocean view

This property was a great home away from home that had the ocean view I was looking for…the only concrete between us and that ocean was around a well maintained pool! Very clean and spacious. The bottle of wine and Charleston key lime cookies that were left for us was a very nice personal touch. I highly recommend this property.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Having the pool open would of made it even better but we enjoyed being there for the week! Clean, cute & loved the ocean view everyday!

Delightful stay

Salty Sunrise was the perfect place for us! We were attending a family wedding at the beach and this location was so convenient! We also enjoyed coffee on the veranda each morning, attended the Holy Smokes BBQ fest and a lovely dinner out with friends! The accommodations were so cozy! Hope to return for a longer stay! Thank you again!

Great spot on a beautiful beach!

Loved this location on wild dunes. Great beach access and pool. The porch and guest bathroom need some love but otherwise a terrific condo!

Had a wonderful stay at Salty Sunrise! The view was perfect, right on the beach! Very clean and the balcony was a great space to hang out and enjoy the view. Was able to walk to the bike rentals and boardwalk.

Love seascape

Really can't beat the ocean views and ease of staying at seascape. We have been to several units in the building and this was one of the nicer ones. Appreciated the updated bathrooms and nice beds. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind to work with. We will be back.

Great property awesome beach and view. Condo has everything you need and the deck is awesome. Just recommend you wait until the construction is over. If you don’t mind hammering at 7 am no problem.

Truly Ocean front

The privacy of the area and the condo are great. The construction covers half the told property. Pros to that was very few people there. The construction itself did not disturb our stay. Con the pool was closed due to the construction. The deck and view of the ocean is A+. Excite to return when construction is complete and the pool is open.

Surprise!!!

We had some frustration on entering the resort. After going back and forth between the gates 3X, we were allowed on and found the condo complex. Much to our surprise, it was under construction. Parking was very limited and it was very difficult to navigate around the construction to unload, as well as in and out every day. The pool was closed, which was a primary reason we chose this area was the pool and beach. When we contacted ITrip regarding this, they said they did not know this and it was the resorts responsibility for the pool. When we looked at other places on VRBO, they stated the pool was going to be closed on Sept 5. The complex would have been great if it didn't have the construction, as it is a smaller place and the people that were there were really friendly. We spoke to an owner and he commented "they did this last year-rented the places and did not tell them about the construction." As far as the actual condo itself, it was fine. Nice view of ocean and all the construction. It could use a little updating (furniture, beds and couch, was somewhat uncomfortable) and a few more amenities. For us, we will be sure not to rent from I trip vacations again. We don't need these types of surprises.

Family Vacation

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the Salty Sunrise condo. We truly appreciated the stunning views, the convenient access to both the beach and the community pool. It was so nice to simply slip on our slides, grab our towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, and a drink, and be on the beach in just a few minutes. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the grocery store was only a ten-minute drive away. Our son had a blast playing golf at The Links, which was just a short 3-4 minute walk to the clubhouse. I also want to express my gratitude to the owners for providing some beach essentials (toys, umbrella, towels, and sand buckets) for guests to use if needed. Although we didn’t take advantage of them, we’ve found that in other condos we’ve stayed at, such items are usually not available for use. All in all, we are definitely looking forward to returning to Seascapes Villas at Wild Dunes! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo and enjoy your lovely space! The Geis Family

Beautiful beach condo

The condo was very clean and there was a welcome letter with some goodies which was nice!! The view was beautiful and it was very quiet. The one negative thing I would say was that there’s ongoing construction on and near the property which was a little inconvenient and not very nice looking. Also wish there were golf cart rentals in the resort. But the owner was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo and location. But wasnt made aware if construction going on to the building and pool closed and restoration to the beach until a few days before our stay! Dryer does not work and made it horrible to do laundry!
