The Embassy is a great property, but this past weekend March the 29 the guess service staff was just OK. Lucky enough I always stay at a Embassy Property. I was asked for ID and credit card. Told the room I will be staying in & literally that was it. No conversation, no explanation why all the construction going on in the hotel. No information given about the 5 to 7 complementary
Evening, no information about the breakfast. The guest service personnel should at least be friendly or advise customers what to expect or look forward too. On scale from 1 to 10 with construction & the customer service at the front desk from (1pm on March 29th) I will give it a 4.
