「A gem! The breakfast each morning was delicious and they had a wide variety of food while being sensitive to dietary restrictions. They served wine and snacks in the evening. The room was clean and had a great setup with a nice screened-in balcony and fireplace. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very close to the beach (they have bikes to ride over there and beach towels to borrow!). Parking right on site and a pretty view of the marina. We were so happy...

「Clean room, stocked with beach and bath towels. Bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable allowing for a great night sleep. Bath had a personal jacuzzi tub. Their outdoor jacuzzi along with their spa robes felt like a luxurious experience at the spa. The wife and I bought a wine bottle, and their front desk provided the cork opener and glasses. Breakfast was a homier version of a hotel's continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and offered golf cart rides to the local beach.」

「The room walls were thin- can hear everything in the hallway and adjacent rooms. Pool was always full; difficult at any time of day to get a spot and front desk was not very knowledgeable. Restaurant had decent food, rooms were very clean, coffee shop was great, and so was the location- close to everything!」

「We arrived early but our rooms were not ready until much later than 4:00. We ended up waiting for over an hour in the lobby, which was not the best but we were able to review the art pieces. We did not start with the right foot. The rooms were very large but unfortunately we got them on the side of Bay St. and it was pretty noisy outside. The location is great. Very comfortable bed and very strong shower.」

「I would not recommend this hotel. We chose it due to its location (close to Charleston), pool and breakfast. However it was difficult to appreciate due to disappointments we encountered. We arrived at the appropriate check-in time to find that 2 of our 3 rooms were not ready. The receptionist could not tell us when they would be ready- we had a dinner reservation so 8 of us had to get ready in one room. The bathrooms were very worn down. 「We stairs the week at another hotel in the area that was newer but poorly constructed. For the weekend we decided to stay here. It was much more affordable and for the price the views and the service were excellent. Well the hotel was a bit dated. The place was very clean. The only reason why we gave four stars on cleanliness is because some of the floors and carpets are a bit older and appear faded and are holding some dirt. In general the bathroom and room were very clean. We definitely stay...
