"Located at Gran Via closed to everything a tourist wishes to see with multiple transportation venues (metro, bus, etc). Breakfast was ok for a couple of days, one gets tired afterwards as it’s the same every day. Room was clean and very nice decorated, bed was way too firm for our taste. The rooftop was nice but too cold to enjoy it (November). The staff was friendly and attentive, overall a good experience."
