They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap.
