"We book this each year on our way back from Acadia. It’s the perfect location in a quiet safe area. Down the road is an amazing gas station and our favorite family owned Italian Restaurant. Our host provides a very relaxing place to stay. It’s so clean and well thought out. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. "This is our second time staying here. We only stay over night, as it’s a half way point for us on our way to Vermont, but it’s perfect if you’re wanting to stay longer. The location is amazing and the apartment is clean and comfy. There’s a cute little coffee spot underneath it that makes the best breakfast sandwiches and a solid cold brew. Communication is fast. There are quite a few stairs if you’re not looking to walk up to the third floor, but we think it’s totally worth it. ☺️"

"We enjoyed our stay at this rental! Close to Herkimer Diamond Mines, which is where we wanted to visit while in the area. Communication with the owner was prompt, and any questions and concerns were answered immediately. Place is very neat, cute, and homey, which had everything we needed to be able to make meals, and clean up after ourselves. "We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."
