"Very nice although brief stay. We were able to check in early and were allowed to stay a little later too. Front desk was very nice and helpful. The property uses sustainable practices to minimize use of plastic and waste. Our only complaint was being woken up early by the noise of voices in a nearby room. Rodrigo was particularly helpful given our limited Spanish skills."

"This is an economy stay more than a full hotel experience. There is no elevator, and in southern summer the upper floors are very hot. There is no air conditioning and no fans in the room. So even after the air outside cooled down the room was quite warm. I had thought there was a roof restaurant but it is more a shared kitchen with no restaurant service. Even with all that, it was a good choice for my group. Also, at check in, they required the paper from Chilean customs and immigration...
