"Staff very gracious, property impeccably clean. Towels were soft but the pillows flat. Amenities I used - business center, exercise room were good. The breakfast buffet was standard motel fare nicely dressed up - except no waffle maker :( Some sprucing up suggested: check for wallpaper seams that are separating; touch up dinged woodwork/furniture with stain-polish."

"GWL Manteca is an amazing place for kids. Everything is tailored to them having an awesome experience! An ice cream shop, a candy shop, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza, burgers, a bowling alley, and arcade, and of course, the water slides. That being said, I’ve come here the last 4 years and they have made a lot of changes not necessarily for the good, they now charge per car for parking, refills on fountain drinks are limited, and body wash was empty in my room. Given the price, which is not cheap, trying to nickel and dime parents becomes a little frustrating. The food is decent, but also a little pricey, but you kind of expect that. Overall great place for kids and rooms are good. "
