"Convenience. We especially enjoyed Francisco in the cafe. He is an excellent waiter and took very good care of us. Some of our furniture in our room was worn. The sink plug was also missing. "

"The hotel is in a great location, food options in quick walking distance. Plenty of shopping and night lift in a quick walk or car ride. Convenient. "

"I like how funky it is and the smell of air freshener in the elevators. Don't look under the beds or the cushions on the couches or the curtains. I did like the flying statues i could see out the window. I didn't like how they turn the bar/restaurant into a club at night and it was unprofessional that the desk clerks were dancing behind the desk. "

"Spent a long weekend here and it was great. Staff was friendly and location of hotel was perfect for sightseeing and walking to most things downtown. Our room was clean and quiet. Loved the large bathroom and closest area. Highly recommend! "

"Beautiful lake view room, we were upgraded to a junior suite, 8th floor. Beautiful room. Two window units to provide heat or AC. Lovely location right across from walking trails on lakefront. Excellent valet service made the car situation easier. "
