"Centrally located, close to everything and with lots of dining options. The hotel restaurant was excellent also. I injured my knee skiing at the Jungfrau region and the staff was able to provide a wheelchair and found a lake view room so I can better enjoy my stay."

The staff were all delightful and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The generous and delicious breakfasts were a great start to the day and it was great to be able to enjoy complimentary (good) coffee at any time. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and very clean - all in all our visit to Luzern was made all the better for staying at Hotel Central. "
