"Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

"Lovely property, very private and peaceful. Close to Balboa Park and downtown. The room was large and comfortable. We felt very safe here as well. Definitely recommend. "

"Would like more than one dish towel, ice cube trays, more silverware, reading lamps would be great (overhead lights aren’t enough, and a step stool. Parking was a challenge, but plenty of choices for which to eat, the chimera was a bonus."
