"Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. Thankful that the other staff membets stepped in after they realised that...

"Great hotel, super new and modern. Rooms are big and spacious, they have great facilities. Breakfast and afternoon tea with fairly good options, restaurant accommodate great options of local cuisine. Hotel is located walking distance of touristic places and well located to enjoy Xi’an. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Xian"

"Great 5-star hotel with an amazing location, close to all the major tourist attractions. Staff members are very friendly and professional, and also the hotel is very clean. We loved the breakfast buffet which has almost all the signature food of Xi'an."

"There is free laundary with detergent, endless water bottle for consumption and the breakfast is very good. Proximity to Bell and Drum tower and other amenities makes our stay an enjoyable experience. I will stay again if back in Xian."
