"The woman that we first experienced when we tried to check in the first time was not only not personable, she was rude and unapologetic for the hotel telling me they would allow me to check in at one, even though that wasn’t true. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though. Even if we didn’t get to check in at one like we were told, a simple “sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer allow you to check in early,” would’ve sufficed. "
