"We were booked at a different hotel and when we got there we found out the hotel was in a horrible condition that we had to leave right away. Thankfully Hyatt Place had few available rooms. We were able to book the room and check in within less than 30 minutes. They were nice, welcoming, and made our stay comfortable. We weren't able to park in the garage for one night, and they took off the charge for that day. Thank you for everything! "

"The hotel was outstanding. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was construction on the property next door. Also, you could hear very clearly all of the other doors in the hallway. It was loud. All night. And the bed was a little harder than I prefer. But the convenience is fantastic. It’s very clean. The staff was excellent. The shower…omg…it was so fantastic. "

"The hotel in itself was beautiful and very luxurious. The lobby seating is drafty and “fireplace” is not real which doesn’t warm up the space. The coffee shop was the only negative experience I had. I wanted to drink tea and water while I waited for my transportation to arrive. The barista gave me a plastic cup and paper cup for tea when it was expressed I wanted to drink in the coffee shop but I wouldn’t be eating. All other patrons were served in glasses and mugs. I think details like these matter and I shouldn’t have been given disposable cups if I was drinking in the coffee shop. "

"Great place. Has a strong up north cabin feel to it. Clean, organized, staffed well. Breakfast had a lot to choose from hot or cold, coffee was great and the reception area is huge. A lot of big tables to play games or visit. Close to everything without being in the middle of everything. "
