"The hotel is lovely unfortunately the service levels are poor. Breakfast service was awful and the food was average. We had to repeatedly ask for items that hadn't been replenished and on our last day they had no milk. If you stay here you will have to manage your expectations and let the manager know if you are not happy as he assured me that he wants to meet the customers expectations."

"Overall nice place but the floor under ours was in full construction mode. The one thing that bothered us a bit was the toilets which were almost fully see through. It is great to get some privacy. Mattress as well was a bit worn off and ready for a change. Everything else was good"

"Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique."

"The property was very clean and the staff very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast they served was very fresh with variety of choices. The hotel is located very close to the main street and the market. The only bad experience we had was with a masseuse, who was not really a part of the staff. She was a contractor. She was in a rush, very rude, disrespectful and offensive. She also was not receptive to...
