"The hotel looks luxurious, but the rooms are VERY old. The drain in the bathtub was not working well in my room so I had to get it fixed. The mattress is quite hard and not very comfy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The best thing about this hotel was actually the breakfast. Recommend it highly for Koreans especially because they serve Korean food at breakfast. "

"My husband and I stayed at this property and came back 2x after given we loved it so much. The service is excellent. The attention to detail is notable. The breakfast is great. Whenever we left for breakfast, we'd come back to a room already made up again with fresh bottles of water and replenished toiletries. How fantastic! The reception is pleasant and helpful. "Only two negatives really - laundry very expensive (always is). Room card stopped working 6 times and I had to go to the reception each time. They eventually changed a battery in the door but this took too long. Everything else great "

"By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough. "

"Property is good.expedia did not communicate properly with them and had to pay for extra room for a night,but the manager Mr Eduard was very helpful and upgraded at a minimal fee.staff was low,we had to bring down our own bags early morning. Overall nice hotel and recommend"

"The pull out sofa was an abysmal bed. Not worth it to pay for that when there were springs poking through the mattress that had zero padding. Good was good. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was the pull out sofa as a bed. "

"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

"This is a lovely little hotel right next to a family friendly park that is lively and fun at night. Very easy to pick up cabs around the corner. Very good breakfast. Overall, an excellent hotel for its price point."

"My husband and I stayed at this property and came back 2x after given we loved it so much. The service is excellent. The attention to detail is notable. The breakfast is great. Whenever we left for breakfast, we'd come back to a room already made up again with fresh bottles of water and replenished toiletries. How fantastic! The reception is pleasant and helpful. They also have live music on Thursday nights in their restaurant which we got to see 2x and it truly is lovely (the band is very talented). We didn't take advantage of the spa but I'd bet it's great. Highly recommended!"
