"Good hotel, good location, great staff, service and buffet. There is a Turkish Bath/SPA which I would have loved to try but just didn't have the time. It was just renovated. At the Front desk all staff and Özge very helpful as my plans changed a few times. The room cleaning staff are very attentive as well. The hotel is used by airlines and I saw a lot of Japanese and Korean tour groups. The buffets are great. You better be hungry! The Off Cafe in the hotel is great for a drink and all day...

Arrived only 90min before check-in time and while room was understandably not get ready, check in staff were resistant to providing interim arrangements, such as Internet access. "It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep "

"A friendly and efficient welcome. I arrived quite early in the day but there was no problem with leaving my bags while I went off to get something to eat. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was a comfortable size with a good bed. I liked being able to open the window and dispense with air conditioning. Location is not bad, a brisk walk from Ulus Metro station and there is 24 hour taxi rank with a couple hundred metres. Overall, excellent value for money."
