"This property is a little bit rough from when we stayed last year. We had issues both years with poor plumbing and septic issues. I don’t think we will come back."

Once we understood how the pool operated, we were able to enjoy it…not only from an aesthetic standpoint but for our use also. "Stay was very nice. Quiet and comfortable setting back off the busy road. The Villas are clean and cozy. Only recommendation would be some lighting on FM2931 by the drive. Very hard to see at night. to find in the dark."

"Cute little home to stay in! The winery is also quite nice to spend time at. It's a little hard to find once you pull up and we had to ask for directions at the winery. Once you pull in, drive past it and continue past the metal barn until you see a house with a sign. The home is actually a duplex, so you do share a wall with other visitors and we could hear them very clearly. But other than that, we had a nice time."

"Nice and spacious accommodation. Secluded for a good gathering. Just to list a couple of shortcomings that can make this to be excellent are, 1. if one of the garage's is converted into a game room with pingpong table etc. as there is huge parking space. 2. Audio system can be improved."
