"We loved the location of this hotel. It is only a minute or two from the strip. It's easy to get to, and close to everything we wanted to do. The hotel is older, but not shabby. It is clean and had the basic comforts we needed. The breakfast wasn't great, just barely adequate. The coffee was good, though. but only barely. If breakfast is important to you, plan on eating at a restaurant. We intend to stay hear again."

"The only issue was both indoor pool and hot tub were of service. Everything else was great! Beautiful view of lake!"

"Staff was super friendly and interact with the guests. Breakfast was great. Best part of our stay, good food nice atmosphere and again friendly staff. We did have someone smoking on our floor and it was a non smoking room. We did tell the front desk. Who knows if they followed up with the idiot that was smoking. Smelled like a wet ashtray a few times other times you could smell the cigarette smoke. It didn’t affect our stay but did bother us someone would smoke in a non-smoking room!"

"Staff very unprofessional. Requested to stay another day and supervisor was condescending and unprofessional. Contacted Expedia first and hotel states they know nothing about it. Trash was never emptied and we had to look for staff for clean towels. Some spoke no English. Wanted another night to be paid at a higher rate. "
