"We had a wonderful 5 day stay at the resort. At check-in the receptionist noticed that it was the birthday of my boyfriend and arranged a sweet birthday surprise in the room when we got there. The resort itself is also beautiful. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool, the private beach and the beach club. Staffs are all very polite and helpful. "

"Having stayed at all inclusive and or resort properties on 6 continents, I can say this was one of, if not the best. It is not all inclusive, and can be considered expensive for South East Asia, but it was well worth the price. It was less money per night than the Hilton Saigon Executive Lounge Floor, and offered more amenities. The staff are exceptional, and are the main reason I rTe this gorgeous proprty so high. Great rest and relation befor the long journey back to Boston. The spa was epic....

"This property is off the beaten path but had security and the tourist police station is down the road. We felt safe walking as 4 adults up the road for meals and massages. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and addressed concerns immediately. For example they turned up our hot water heater immediately upon calling as we had lukewarm water. 2k of laundry was only 200 peso. Downside is breakfast starts at 7 and the 2 tours we did picked...

"Enjoyed a pleasant stay at Costabella on Lapu Lapu Island.The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. and the AC worked well. The hotel restaurant never served me anything I didn't like. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My biggest disappoint was most definitely the beach. The beach itself is fine, but it's not a good spot for swimming in the ocean. I think I walked out at least 50 yards and the water was not even above my kneecaps. And you had to be mindful of the rocks here and there....
