「The wifi seems inaccessible without a "Turkish ID" number. The staff was more than willing to provide one, but the new system may need a sustainable option for yabancı guests. I continue to love the (included) breakfast. The Lucera (?) restaurant is a great option for lunch and dinner with reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. At this time of year at least, if you don't get a lake-view room, you get the sunrise on the other side! 」

「The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate. 」

「预订无烟房，却给了吸烟房。大型行李要过安检机，安检员却是女的。办完入住手续，准备乘电梯去房间，男行李员才突然出现。」

「Very nice hotel. Clean, new and room is spacious. The rooms are designed on circular floor, so you may still need to take your luggages up a few steps to reach your room after using the elevator. But that's not a big problem. Parking is convenient. Shopping mall just next to it which is very convenient for dinner and some shopping. 」

「holiday inn ankara Cukumramba 位於Cukumramba區，是Ankara比較新的城區，除了餐廳水煙館外，附近也有一間Micros超市相當方便。飯店Check in的速度相當快，考慮到我的班機比較晚，經理也提供了4pm late check out 的協助，房間乾淨而舒適，是一次相當愉快的入住體驗。」

「- Accomodation 住宿體驗 The hotel was really clean and great. The massage was wonderful! 飯店頗新、住起來相當舒適；肩頸背按摩超舒服！（兩位印尼按摩師傅手法很棒，比在印尼按還舒服） - Location 地點 Located together with shopping mall, good place for shopping; close to bus station & Metro (10 min walking on google map), but not friendly for walking with luggage, therefoe we should take taxi for sightseeing. 緊臨 mall，適合逛街；聚離長途巴士站 & Metro看似頗近（Google map 上看似走10分鐘），但不適合拉行李走，所以我們移動都只能靠 Taxi，有點可惜（也有可能是我們不知道路吧）」
