"The hotel was cozy and beautiful. Very comfortable beds and the courtyard so tranquil. The mornings were so relaxing and the coffee and pastries were of excellent quality. Very friendly staff, so helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely return someday."

"The service at the café and room service was terrible. In both cases, they brought us our coffee and we had to wait for cream. Room Service they forgot the maple syrup. A Second set of utensils and we had to wait for cream until the coffee was warm. The room was showing signs of wear and the tile in the shower could’ve used a cleaner. The chairs in the café were so worn out they were uncomfortable to sit in."
