"Parking fee of ten bucks? Why??? This is Nanaimo, not downtown Vancouver, or Victoria. Cash grab. Totally a cash grab. Hotel is great, but there are parts that are outdated, and a pressure wash of the nice path beside the lake would be a good idea. GOOSE POOP"
