"Darling cottage. It was everything we wanted and needed. The decor was perfect, the appliances were the best we have had in a rental, the furniture was ideal. "An incredible property for the ultimate R&R. The country home is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and lovely. The ground of the property are spectacular, with the natural springs swimming hole as it's crown jewel! We loved every minute of our stay and will absolutely return again and again!"

"We stayed for a week and a half and this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Brand new, in a community that is starting out so not yet full. The cottage is very nice with new appliances and in a great location for heading to Destin or Panama City Beach. The property manager is wonderful to work with, she answered questions promptly and was nice to visit with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to a cottage if we get a chance."

"My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay! We were able to see so much wildlife. There are two paddle boards and two kayaks you can use during your stay. We came to this area to go natural spring hopping and it was the perfect location. Not far from the beach and close to the springs. We loved it. "

"Proximity to the river and springs was the only positive thing I will say about this property. The cons were a barely functioning a/c window unit, tiny shower and the water coming from the faucets was the same color as the river."
