"A great clean and modern place. 15 minute walk from downtown, but with the heat and the rain we were able to drive and find easy on street parking where we were going. (the world of Bluegrass). The place is huge, three full bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our time, got to watch a little football on TV, and take in lots of bluegrass music. If we make it back to Raleigh, we will stay right here."

It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. "We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for what we were there for, touring NCSU and going to the NC Symphony with our teenage daughter. We also enjoyed the farmer’s market. We went for a walk through the neighborhood which was really nice. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We will hopefully return in the future to visit our daughter at college."

"Stayed with a few other friends, the property was perfect--clean, state of the art, and the space throughout was incredible. We enjoyed a meal at the table on the roof and the view and location were perfect for our stay. Can't echo the 5 stars enough, communication and responsiveness were also great. "A perfect amount of space for two adult couples. Very clean and comfortable. Check on and check out easy. Within easy walking distance to Crabtree Creek Trails for relaxed shaded strolls. On a busy street but parking off the street allowed for easy access. Upper room allowed space to spread out for individual private time. Would return if back in the RDU area. "
