"- never got such a non-friendly welcome. We got blamed for not booking the more expensive room. We had the feeling of bothering them in their own house.. - no Hot water! even after complaining. Radiator not working too. we were there in December. "Olfa's house is ideally situated--within walking distance of the ruins of Carthage and a short ride up the road to Sidi Bou Said, La Marsa and nearby beaches. Cafes, restaurants, banks, and the local Monoprix are all a short walk away. The house itself, the second floor of a modest villa, is very comfortable with a sea view from the veranda and sea breezes. And Olfa was a wonderful host--very attentive, very responsive, and very kind. We plan to stay here again the text time we visit."
