"Shower n sink faucet water went out so slow, hot water not hot enough. Heat or ac machine too loud, when I turn down the heat temperature it became cool air instead off like normal heat does, lower the temperature is off until it drop then heat is on after. When check out I asked for paper receipt, counter told me I will get from email. Almost whole day over, I didn’t get the email yet."

"The hotel is nice and it was clean just the parking situation was bad. The handicap parking was being by people that did not have handicap plates or hang tags. I told the lady and at the front desk and for 3 days nothing was done. I’m a disabled veteran with a tag and had to park in the rear of the hotel and walk far with bad knees and back"
